Do you ever feel lost or stuck with your thoughts, behavior, performance or relationships and wonder, “Why am I like this?” or “What can I do about this?” Here at Restoration Psychology, we can help answer these questions through a comprehensive and holistic approach. As part of this amazing and collaborative team, my role in this journey is to conduct standardized assessments under the supervision of Dr. Jessica Pae, which provides both qualitative and quantitative data to help you better understand yourself and live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. I’m excited and passionate about bringing you clarity through these assessments, expertise, connections and ultimately helping you gain access to other potential resources that can alleviate barriers or stressors in your child’s life or your own.
