When life feels overwhelming, it can be just as daunting to find the right person to walk alongside you or your family in your counseling journey. I want to acknowledge the incredible courage it takes to make that first step towards healing and offer a safe, welcoming environment for you to process and pursue greater restoration in all areas of your life.

I believe that we are a reflection of our lived experiences, particularly our families, childhoods, and cultural and spiritual influences. I also believe that while there are great joys and blessings in life, there are also equally great losses and seasons of grief – and often, both can intermingle together in our everyday lives. It is within the safe and sacred space of therapy that we can together begin to untangle the knots, make meaning of our experiences, and rewrite our stories in ways that reflect our truest selves.

With warmth, humor, and compassion, my goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are and together find creative and effective ways to reach your specific counseling goals. I strive to tailor my therapeutic approach by using evidence-based practices while also passionately encouraging and gently challenging you as you engage in the process towards greater wholeness.

Through our brave work together, I truly believe that there exists within each person a capacity to experience healing, restoration, and flourishing on a richer and deeper level. It is my incredible honor and privilege to walk with you as you unfold and rewrite your story.
