Figuring out the right thing to do can be a daunting task, even with the multitude of resources available. You might be feeling stuck, helpless, or overwhelmed. Everything you have tried has not worked and you are tired. I believe you are trying to do the best you can with what you have. Your value is in who you are and not what you do. You are invited to create new experiences that enrich and expand your way of life, whether it is by yourself, with a partner, or with family. You will have permission to “say the unsayable and do the undoable,” and you will be met with curiosity not condemnation. At the end of it all, you will find healing, freedom, and rest from trying to do the right thing. Instead, you will know that you are all doing your best. This is a process to experience a way of life that restores relationships and returns life to your soul. Let’s dare to be human.
