Accepting New Clients
"It takes time to grow." This simple truth grounds my clinical work. I believe we move through life transitions at our own pace, and my role is to provide the supportive, affirming, and culturally responsive space you need to be truly "seen" as your authentic self.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking a deeper understanding of your story, I am honored to partner with you on your journey toward healing. I believe that understanding our complexities requires a holistic, multicultural lens. To support this, I combine a compassion-focused approach with evidence-based interventions, such as Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to create an environment where you feel deeply heard while also becoming equipped with the practical tools and insights necessary to thrive long after our sessions end.
Clinically trained in both Taiwan and the United States, I bring a unique global perspective to my practice. Drawing on over a decade of experience, I offer bilingual therapy in Mandarin and English for those seeking a therapist who understands the nuances of cross-cultural lived experiences. I specialize in emotional well-being—specifically navigating anxiety and burnout—as well as cultural identity support for immigrants and international students. Additionally, I work closely with individuals, couples, and family on relational health and provide dedicated support for trauma recovery and resilience. Together, we will work toward a life that feels more balanced, integrated, and authentically yours.
