Life can be challenging, and at times we all find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Reaching out for support is not always easy, but I view it as a sign of strength and a commitment to your well-being. My goal is to create a trusting, welcoming, and individualized space where people from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and respected. I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding, so I seek first to understand your unique experiences, perspectives, and goals before working collaboratively to determine how to proceed.
I take a personalized approach to therapy because I believe no two people are alike—what helps one person grow may not be a fit for another person. I integrate research-informed, evidence-based practices while always keeping my focus on the person sitting in front of me. Therapy is not about fitting you into a predetermined structure; it is about tailoring the process to your strengths, values, needs, and definition of progress. Whether you are hoping to learn new coping skills, process past experiences, improve relationships, or explore what comes next in your life, we will work together to create a plan that supports your goals.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across a variety of settings and stages of life, experiences that have shaped a diverse and adaptable clinical skill set. At its core, I see my role as helping facilitate change by supporting people in making the shifts they want to see in their lives and helping that process happen more effectively and intentionally. I genuinely love what I do and consider it an honor to walk alongside clients on their journey toward greater wellness, fulfillment, and lasting growth.
